Join us on this unique Retreat.
14 - 18 November
If you hear a quiet voice within, telling you that you can be more, do more, experience more – we invite you to pause and listen. Take a 4 day deep immersion in yourself and in the energy of Lamu island, a world heritage site and thé wellbeing destination of East Africa.
Are you truly living a fulfilled life? Are you living your best life?
At our Soul Story Retreat:
You look at what was, where you are now and what lies ahead.
You will learn to apply your inner wisdom to moments of change, so that you can deal with it gently.
You will develop your own ritual to express your transition to the new phase.
Is this you?
You feel like you are at a turning point? A pivotal moment?
Embracing pivotal moments is crucial. They act as catalysts for growth and transformation. They provide moments that offer you the opportunity to adjust your course, gain new insights and explore successful paths.
Take a few days to give yourself space to reflect on your Soul Story. To truly connect with yourself. To rejuvenate, to energize and to explore a new world of possibilities.
About Lamu Island
Lamu Island is the place where the podcast has been recorded. Feel that energy and the inspiration of the island. Feel the warm wind while sailing a Dhow, swim in the Indian ocean and taste the Swahili food. Explore the island which has only donkeys and unspoiled beaches. At the same time attend our daily workshops that offer you tools to discover your own Soul Story.
Your coaches,
Raf & Monika
Raf is not only a storyteller and podcast producer. He is also a narrative coach and has been guiding people in their personal and professional growth for many years.
Narrative coaching believes that narratives are at the heart of identity. This involves increasing your awareness of the narratives that currently form your identity. What is the story you are telling yourself right now? Through this inquiry, you gain insight into what you want to change. Raf is also a trained breathwork facilitator, a speciality that he will surely bring to this retreat.
Monika is a holistic counselor, and a yoga teacher. She organizes and gives retreats for more than 10 years.
Monika and her family are also the owners of the Banana House Wellness Centre. A beautiful place that will host you, and our small retreat group! The Banana House is number 1 on Tripadvisor: “Where Wellness begins the moment you step through the door.”
